Lactation Sensation’s mixes all use a custom blend of milk producing galactagogue ingredients . Galactagogue comes from the Greek words “galacta” which means milk and “ogogue” which means leading to or promoting.

The active ingredients we use in our lactation boosters are brewer’s yeast, flax seed and oatmeal.

At Lactation Sensation, we believe that natural ingredients are best for both the mother and child. Not only are our mixes all natural and organic, but they are also gluten free and dairy free (unless specifically mentioned in the product description).

While fenugreek can be an effective milk boosting lactation aide for some mothers, it can also have negative side effects for others. These can include dizziness, headaches, vomiting, nausea, gas and diarrhea.

We don’t think it’s a good idea to have you leak from both ends! Also, fenugreek is in the same family as peanuts, making it a possible allergy risk.
